Comparing the Free, Starter, Pro, and Team plans
What changes between tiers — quotas, AI models, team seats, advisor runs.
TL;DR. Four plans: Free ($0), Starter ($9/mo), Pro ($19/mo), Team ($49/mo). Higher tiers raise quotas, unlock the better AI model (GPT-4o vs. GPT-4o-mini), and add team seats.

When you're deciding which plan to start on, or whether to upgrade because you're hitting a cap.

How to choose
- Free — Try the kit. Save 20–30 leads, generate one set of Growth Brain reports, see the shape. Realistic for evaluation, not for daily use.
- Starter — Solo seller doing light daily outreach. 500 AI messages ≈ 15–20 well-handled conversations per day for a month.
- Pro — Solo seller running heavy AI-assisted outreach OR anyone who wants the better model. GPT-4o produces noticeably better drafts than GPT-4o-mini for nuanced personas.
- Team — A small team (5 seats) sharing a CRM, ICP, and reports. One billing line; everyone gets unlimited.
Upgrading and downgrading
- Open Settings → Billing.
- Review the current usage meters. If you're consistently near caps, you'll benefit from a higher tier.
- Click the plan you want and confirm in Stripe's checkout. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep the higher tier through what you've already paid for.
Common questions
Can I cancel anytime? Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
Is there an annual discount? Not yet — we want to validate the monthly tiers first. Annual plans are on the roadmap.
What happens to my data if I downgrade past my usage cap? Your data is preserved. You just can't add more (e.g. on Free with 50 leads/month, lead 51 won't save until next month or until you upgrade).
