What's in the box

There are three pillars:

  • The CRM (Find). A Kanban pipeline for tracking leads. You add to it from LinkedIn via the Find extension; AI enriches every lead with a fit score, temperature, and key insights.
  • Growth Brain. An AI advisor that reads your Business Context and produces four things: a Market Intelligence report, a Growth Strategy roadmap, an Outreach Playbook (first-message templates per persona), and a Content Arsenal (post ideas and hooks).
  • The extensions. Find, Connect, and Keep — three small Chrome extensions that bring the kit's AI into the places you actually work (LinkedIn profiles, your DMs, your social feed).

Your first hour

  1. Install the three Chrome extensions. They power the parts of the kit that need to live where you do — LinkedIn, your inbox, your social feed.
  2. Build your Business Context. This is the shared profile every AI feature reads. The more you tell it, the more personalized everything else becomes.
  3. Let AI generate your ICP and personas. Built off your Business Context. Refine them; everything else builds on this.
  4. Save your first lead from LinkedIn. Open someone's profile, hit + CRM, watch enrichment land in your dashboard.
  5. Wait for Growth Brain. After onboarding it kicks off background jobs to generate the four reports. Usually done within a few minutes.

Common questions

How is this different from a regular CRM? Most CRMs are storage with a UI. The kit is storage plus an AI layer that reads everything you save and produces work for you — strategies, scored leads, draft replies, comment suggestions. The Kanban part is just the surface; the leverage is the AI on top.

Do I have to install all three extensions? No. Each works standalone. Find is the most useful first — it's how leads get into the kit. Add Connect and Keep when you want AI in your DMs and social feed.
