What Growth Brain generates
Market Intelligence, Strategy, Outreach Playbook, Content Arsenal — a tour of the four pillars.
TL;DR. Growth Brain reads your Business Context and ICP and produces four reports: Market Intelligence, a Growth Strategy roadmap, an Outreach Playbook, and a Content Arsenal. Each report is editable and regeneratable.
When to use this
Right after onboarding (Growth Brain kicks off in the background and the first set lands within a few minutes), and any time your market or positioning shifts substantially enough that the reports feel stale.
The four reports
Market Intelligence — A snapshot of your competitive landscape. Who the key players are, where the gaps are, what trends are accelerating, where the opportunities sit. Useful as a sanity-check for your own positioning and as raw material for content.
Growth Strategy (Launch Blueprint + Growth Roadmap). A two-step plan. The Launch Blueprint translates your ICP into a go-to-market sequence (which channels, which personas first, what to say). The Growth Roadmap layers a 90-day marketing plan on top — what to do this month, next month, and after that.
Outreach Playbook. First-message templates and 2–3 follow-up sequences, tailored to each of your three personas across LinkedIn DM and email. Copy that's actually usable, not generic templates.
Content Arsenal. A monthly content calendar — three content pillars plus 10–15 specific post ideas with hooks. Designed for LinkedIn but adaptable to Twitter / X / newsletters.
Generating them
Growth Brain runs automatically after onboarding. To generate manually (e.g. you skipped onboarding, or a previous run failed):
- Open the report's page from the sidebar (Market Intelligence, Growth Strategy, Outreach Playbook, or Content Arsenal).
- Click Generate (or Regenerate if a previous version exists).
- Wait. Each report takes 30–90 seconds. You can navigate away and come back; the generation runs server-side.
- When done, the page renders the report. From here you can edit sections inline or regenerate individual parts. See Editing reports.
Common questions
Do reports auto-refresh when I update Business Context? No — reports are frozen at generation time. To pull in new context, regenerate the affected sections. This is intentional: it means your strategy doesn't shift under you mid-week if you tweak a value-prop sentence.
Why is one step in the Growth Strategy locked? The roadmap is sequenced — you have to complete (or accept) Step N before Step N+1 unlocks. The lock keeps the recommendations internally consistent. See Editing reports.
Does each report run count against the same quota? Yes — Growth Brain generations all count against your plan's monthly AI quota. See Monthly limits.
