Privacy Policy

B2B Growth Kit collects the following information when you create an account:

• Your name and email address (via Clerk authentication)
• Usage data: number of AI messages generated, leads scraped, and tokens used per month
• CRM data you enter: lead names, titles, companies, LinkedIn URLs, and notes
• Your Master Prompt and Dynamic Variables (stored in our database to personalize AI outputs)

Our Chrome Extensions (Connect, Find, Keep) access the following — only when you explicitly click a button inside the extension:

• Connect:When you click the “draft reply” button inside a conversation you have open on WhatsApp Web, LinkedIn Messages, Instagram Direct, or Facebook Business inbox, the extension reads the visible message text and sends it to our backend, which calls our AI provider (via OpenRouter) to generate a draft reply. The draft is shown to you for review; the conversation text is not stored after the draft is generated.
• Find:When you click the “+ CRM” button on a LinkedIn profile you are viewing, the extension reads the publicly visible profile fields (name, title, company, location, LinkedIn URL) and stores them in your private CRM in your account. The extension does not bulk-export, scrape, or download LinkedIn data outside of profiles you explicitly save.
• Keep:When you click the “draft comment” button on a post you are viewing on LinkedIn, Facebook, or Instagram, the extension reads the visible post text and sends it to our backend, which calls our AI provider (via OpenRouter) to generate a draft comment. The draft is shown to you for review; the post text is not stored after the draft is generated.

Extensions do not access or transmit any data that you have not explicitly triggered by clicking a button. None of the extensions sends messages, posts comments, sends connection requests, or otherwise interacts with the platform on your behalf — every draft is yours to review and submit manually.

B2B Growth Kit is an independent third-party tool. LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook are trademarks of their respective owners and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by B2B Growth Kit.

• To operate and improve the service
• To generate AI-powered content using your Master Prompt and context
• To enforce monthly usage limits based on your plan
• To send product and billing notifications (you may opt out at any time)

• Clerk — authentication and user identity
• Convex — database and backend infrastructure
• OpenRouter — AI text-generation gateway that routes requests to model providers (such as OpenAI and Anthropic). Content you send to be drafted is processed under the gateway's and the underlying model provider's data usage policies; we configure these APIs so submitted content is not used for model training.
• Apify — automated retrieval of public LinkedIn post content for leads in your CRM (used by the Keep feature's daily post-feed refresh).
• Polar — payment processing for paid plans

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@b2bgrowthkit.com. Lead and CRM data can be deleted by you directly from the web platform at any time.

We use cookies solely for authentication session management (via Clerk). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice.
