Terms of Service

B2B Growth Kit ("we", "our", "the Service") provides a web dashboard at b2bgrowthkit.com and three companion Chrome extensions — Connect, Find, and Keep — that help B2B sales and customer-success professionals draft AI-assisted replies and comments, save prospects to a personal CRM, and organize follow-up activity. By creating an account or installing any of our extensions, you agree to these Terms.

All of our extensions are writing assistants. They draft text for you to review and act on. No extension we publish automatically sends a message, posts a comment, accepts a request, or otherwise takes a public action on your behalf. Every reply or comment is inserted into a compose box where you review, edit, and send it manually using the host platform's native controls.

The extensions only read content from the page tab you are actively viewing, and only when you explicitly click a button to trigger a draft.

You acknowledge and agree that you remain solely responsible for your compliance with the terms of service, acceptable use policies, automation policies, and content policies of any third-party platform on which you use the extensions, including but not limited to messaging services, professional networks, and social networks. Our extensions are tools — how you use them is your responsibility.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send bulk messages, spam, or unsolicited communications
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Bypass any platform's rate limits, anti-abuse measures, or compose-box behavior
• Scrape, harvest, or compile data on people who have not chosen to be your contact
• Generate or publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or harassing

The Service is provided for use by a single human operator per account. You will not share account credentials, run the extensions inside automated browsers or headless environments, or use the API for bulk operations beyond the rate limits of your plan. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service or place undue load on our infrastructure.

You need a B2B Growth Kit account (authenticated via Clerk) to use any extension. Free and paid plans are available, with paid plans processed through Polar. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not provide pro-rated refunds.

The Service generates drafts using third-party large language models (currently OpenAI and OpenRouter). AI output can be inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate; you are responsible for reviewing every generated draft before sending it. We do not warrant that any generated output is accurate, suitable for a particular purpose, or compliant with the rules of the platform where you choose to post it.

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extensions and (optionally) deleting your account from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that abuse the Service, or where continued operation creates legal risk for us or our users.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, B2B GROWTH KIT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
